Spring Wine Tasting Series: Washington State at The Chop House
You’re invited to The Chop House on Friday, April 24, 2026, at 6 PM for an elegant evening celebrating the acclaimed wines of Washington State. Known for its bold reds, vibrant acidity, and diverse growing regions, Washington takes center stage in this curated tasting experience.
Guests will enjoy five thoughtfully selected wines from Columbia Valley and Horse Heaven Hills, including Chardonnay, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon, each paired with light appetizers prepared by Chef Tim Childers. The evening will be guided by guest speakers Tim Bauer and Tara Kearns of Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits, offering insight into the region and its standout varietals.
The tasting begins with a welcome pour of Domaine Ste. Michelle Brut NV, followed by featured selections including Chateau Ste. Michelle Canoe Ridge Estate Chardonnay, Northstar Polaris Merlot, and two Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignons from Ethos and Epic.
