Working hand-in-hand with The Ability Center of Greater Toledo, local organizations, and businesses, we’re advancing this vision by prioritizing accessibility across our tourism offerings and collaborating with community partners on an array of initiatives that foster inclusion.

Our efforts include developing resources, training our staff, becoming a Certified Autism Center, and advocating for accessibility in every interaction. Through these initiatives, we’re creating a city where every visitor, regardless of ability, can fully experience Toledo’s attractions, events, and hospitality.

At the heart of our mission is a community-wide commitment to removing barriers. Together with The Ability Center and other area advocates, we’re implementing programs that enhance access to accommodations, activities, and experiences that meet diverse needs.
