Party in the Park expands along the Glass City Riverwalk during Watershed Weekend, featuring Metroparks-led activities and live music from Madison Ave. Band and Chloe and the Steel Strings.
Metroparks Toledo is bringing even more riverfront energy to this beloved summer tradition during Watershed Weekend, connecting the party at Promenade Park to the newest spaces along the Glass City Riverwalk for a special evening of music, movement and celebration.
Enjoy Madison Ave Band on the main stage at Promenade Park, then stroll along the Glass City Riverwalk to explore new public spaces and a second stage featuring live music from Chloe and the Steel Strings near The Bend area near Imagination Station & Fifth Third Center at One Seagate. Along the way, Metroparks will offer family-friendly activations throughout the Riverwalk’s newest areas, inviting the community to gather, experience and celebrate the progress taking shape along the Maumee River.
After dark, experience the Hot Air Balloon Glow in multiple locations on both sides of the river – a visually stunning expression of the new connections linking both banks of the Maumee.
Guests can also enjoy food trucks featuring local favorites and cold beer for purchase. Party in the Park is free and open to the public.
As downtown and upriver connections continue to take shape, Party in the Park reflects the momentum of a city meeting in the middle.
