Event Series: Watershed Weekend

Paddle & Groove

As part of Metroparks Toledo’s Watershed Weekend, Black Swamp Conservancy hosts Paddle & Groove, a concert on the Maumee River, with kayaks launching at the newly restored International Cove at Glass City Metropark – Upriver.

Launching its third season during this shared milestone weekend on the Glass City Riverwalk, Paddle & Groove brings live music directly onto the water. A band performs aboard a pontoon boat while participants follow by kayak, creating a one-of-a-kind river journey filled with rhythm, movement and community.

Drift downstream surrounded by nature, skyline views and song as the music carries across the water. Whether you’re paddling alongside the band or floating with the current, this unforgettable summer evening celebrates connection to the river, to each other and to the shared future of this revitalized waterfront.

Reservations are required (reservation link coming soon!)

Come for the music. Stay for the mission. Paddle for the future. For more information about the entire summer series, visit: blackswamp.org/paddle-and-groove/
