The city of Bowling Green, Ohio is the county seat of Wood County, 30 minutes south of Toledo and home to Bowling Green State University. The National Tractor Pull draws 60,000 people to the Wood County Fairgrounds each August and the Black Swamp Arts Festival takes over Main Street in September as artists display and sell a variety of artwork as music rocks from various stages attracting 40,000 visitors for the weekend.
