Together with local partners, help Toledo Lucas County Public Library celebrate our vibrant community and the start of Latinx Heritage Month, at a welcoming picnic and party. There's no need to register for this free event. Remember to bring a picnic blanket and spend a fun filled afternoon in the Main library's atrium to experience:
