The inaugural USA Boxing Women’s Championships will get underway next week at the Glass City Center in Toledo, Ohio with female boxers from across the world stepping into the ring. This event will also mark the first World Boxing, the newly formed international boxing federation, associated event. Full event details and schedule can be found here.
The week-long tournament will provide competition opportunities to females of all ages, beginning as young as 8-years-old, and will include events throughout the community, as well as a hand mitt competition, panel discussion with USA Boxing alumni and participants attending the Toledo Mud Hens game on Sunday.
Anticipated boxers scheduled to compete include numerous boxers who will compete later this year at the 2024 U.S. Olympic Team Trials for Boxing, as well as international boxers from Australia, Austria, Canada, Germany and India.
Competition days will be ticketed events, which can be purchased at the Glass City Center Box Office, for $10 a day or $40 for a weekly pass.
Kids 7 and Under get in FREE as well as adults 55 and over!
