All seating for the event is general admission; reserved seats are not available. Guests can choose from three ticket options:

• Regular Admission: Standard entry to the event.
• VIP Admission: Includes early entry, preferred seating, and a special meet-and-greet with Santa.
• Polar Pack: Available as an add-on (not an entry ticket) and must be purchased in advance. This option will not be sold on the day of the performance.

The Polar Pack features a delightful selection of goodies, including magical popcorn balls, a non-spill beverage, a gourmet chocolate chip cookie, an engineer’s hat, a train whistle, a keepsake "Believe" bell ornament, and a commemorative hot cocoa mug.

Please note that outside food and beverages are not permitted at the event.
