Since 2001 we’ve been part of the solution to prevent all forms of substance abuse by promoting a lifestyle of fitness and health for all those affected by addiction. This event is the annual Rockin’ Rossford celebration of providing the community with substance abuse alternatives, awareness, prevention and treatment.

OUT AND BACK COURSE
A few hills, straightaways, two-way traffic and a common start/finish line in Downtown Rossford await. We encourage everyone typically participating in the Alternative Mile or 5k who cannot make it in person to signup for the virtual package. Due to required course modifications from our hosts in Rossford, there will not be a 10k option this year.
