This annual open house at the Toledo Amtrak station at Martin Luther King, Jr. Plaza, 415 Emerald Ave., which serves Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan, celebrates all things RAIL.
Talk in person to the leadership of organizations working for more and better rail passenger service to our area -All Aboard Ohio, NOPRA - and pick up resource material from them, the national Rail Passenger Assoc. and High Speed Rail Alliance. See a 6 - foot model of a B&O RR steam locomotive.
This year there are no vendors, but a whole array of Model Train Layouts of different gauges (sizes).
