Joseph Bologne de Saint-Georges—a virtuoso violinist, composer, and conductor of the leading symphony in Paris—became one of most influential classical music composers in 18th century France. Randall Goosby, winner of the 2010 Sphinx Concerto Competition, joins us for this homage to the first classical composer of African ancestry.
