The Toledo Lucas County Public Library invites you to join them for the 3rd Annual Juneteenth Rooftop Celebration in partnership with the NAACP and the Alpha Xi Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
This celebration includes a live DJ, delicious food, and an open beer and wine bar.
