Join Metroparks Toledo for a Fourth of July celebration at Glass City Metropark! With stunning views of the city’s fireworks display, a variety of activities, and extended hours at key attractions, this is the perfect spot to celebrate Independence Day with family and friends.

- The Garden by Poco Piatti: Delicious food and refreshing drinks with full bar service; Extended kitchen hours until 9 p.m. with last call for drinks at 9:45 p.m. before the show
- Mini-Maumee Water Play: Opens at 10 a.m. with extended hours until 9 p.m.
- Mercy Health Fitpark Climb: Rock Climbing Experience adjusts to late hours from 2:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
- The Ribbon Roller Concession: Opens at 10 a.m. with extended hours until 9:30 p.m. (no new rentals after 9 p.m.). **The Ribbon lights will turn off at 10 p.m. for an optimal fireworks viewing.
- The Grosbeak Discovery Play Area and the Prairie + Pollinator Discovery Play Area will close at Dark.

- Gather on the expansive event lawn, a prime location for watching the fireworks.
- **Fireworks Food Truck Area** Enjoy a variety of tasty treats from local vendors including Bean Crazy 419, Los Agaves Taqueria, Staks Chicken, and Tatro's Concessions.
- Rooftop Viewing: Get there early to claim on of the limited spots on the Glass City Pavilion Rooftop.
 
Middlegrounds Metropark: MetroparksToledo.com/middlegrounds
- The gates will close at Middlegrounds to vehicular traffic at 5 p.m. – walk-in and bike-in visitors are welcome to enjoy the fireworks from this spectacular view on the banks of the Maumee River.
 
General Event Info:
- The City of Toledo’s Fireworks in the 419 display will begin at 10 p.m. For more information about the City of Toledo’s plans, street closures, and more visit: https://toledo.oh.gov/events/fireworks-in-the-419
- Parking is available at Glass City Metropark (largest lot is at the Market Hall area at 1505 Front St.).
- Glass City Metropark will close after the fireworks show is completed, with park gates closing at 11 p.m.
