CIFT is happy to announce an exciting event to showcase their NOCK (Northwest Ohio Cooperative Kitchen) facility and the latest advanced technology they have been implementing. The facility has helped launch food companies like Willy’s Salsa and Guac Shop along with many more.
With support from the USDA, CIFT has been bringing frontline automation technology to the shared-use kitchen. This initiative includes 3D printing for food, collaborative robot technology for direct processing applications, along with other additional types of automation.
This open house will also showcase many of their current and past small business tenants such as: 7th Heaven Bakery, Shaman and the Bear, Nautical Reserve, Brickyard BBQ, The Mustard Man & more.
Families are welcome to attend as co-host AIF (Agricultural Incubator Foundation) will have activities like arts and crafts including a chance for children to build their own bird feeder.
