The Wood County History Museum presents Home Front Hazards: WWII Aviation Accidents in the Local Area, a fascinating program exploring World War II-era aviation crashes in Northwest Ohio. Local historian Rob Tong will share the story of the bomber crash in Benton Ridge, along with several other incidents that occurred in the region during the war, offering insight into the risks faced on the home front.
The program takes place on June 9 at 6:00 p.m. Admission is free for museum members and $7 for non-members, with tickets including a self-guided tour of the museum.
