Cooking a Spring Brunch at 577 Foundation
On Monday, May 11, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, participants ages 16 and up are invited to enjoy a fun and flavor-packed evening brunch experience at Virginia’s House Kitchen. This hands-on culinary class blends sweet and savory flavors with a spring-inspired menu. Participants will prepare a rustic asparagus and goat cheese galette, light and fluffy lemon ricotta pancakes topped with fruit syrup and optional fresh fruit, and cream cheese and fruit pastries. The evening also includes refreshing mocktail mimosas.
Ideal for those looking to expand their brunch repertoire or enjoy a unique night out, the class offers a mix of cooking techniques, flavor exploration, and tasting. No advanced experience is required—just come ready to enjoy and learn.
The fee is $65. Please note that some samples and recipes include milk, eggs, and/or wheat. Parking is available in the house parking lot. Registration is available by phone at 419-874-4174 or online.
