Celebrating 15 Years of Toledo Pride

Toledo Pride is Northwest Ohio’s largest event for the (LGBTQIA+) community.

Visit downtown Toledo for 3 days of festivities from Friday, August 23, through Sunday, August 25.

The Toledo Pride Festival is a large-scale, outdoor event showcasing the best local entertainment. This annual festival boasts a pride parade, food, merchandise vendors, and networking with numerous community organizations, including social groups, churches, and health and wellness groups.

Toledo Pride includes many exciting events for our community, including: Family Day, Nite Glo 5K and 1 mile Fun Run, Toledo Pride Parade, and the Big Rainbow Crawl!

Toledo Pride is a vibrant and inclusive celebration of love, diversity, and equality each year, embracing the city's rich LGBTQIA+ community and its allies. From its spirited parade down Adams Street, to the joyous festivities that follow, Toledo Pride radiates with a profound sense of acceptance and belonging, creating a safe space where individuals can come together to honor and celebrate the beautiful spectrum of human identity.

This large scale festival welcomes over 20,00 people throughout the 3-day festival weekend, which boasts a parade, food, merchandise vendors, drag queens, live music and entertainment, plus it offers networking opportunities with numerous community organizations, local businesses, social groups, churches, and health/wellness groups.

The Pride of Toledo Foundation was established in 2011 as a registered non-profit as the primary host of Toledo Pride. Every year, the Pride of Toledo Foundation along with many other area sponsors welcomes thousands of participants who take part in Toledo Pride.

Family Day: Sunday, August 4, 2024 | 12 - 3 p.m.
The unofficial kick-off to Pride in Toledo, bring your family out to Glass City Metropark for activities.

Official Kick-Off: Friday, August 23, 2024 | 5-10 p.m.
Promenade Park

Nite Glo 5K and 1 mile Fun Run: Friday, August 23, 2024 | 7 p.m.
Begins and ends at Promenade Park

Pride Parade: Saturday, August 24, 2024 | 12 -1 p.m.
Route runs along Adams St. moving toward Promenade Park 

Toledo Pride Day 2: Saturday, August 24, 2024 | 1-10 p.m.
Promenade Park, beginning right after the conclusion of the parade

Big Rainbow Crawl: Sunday, August 25, 2024 | 1-5 p.m.
Head to local bars and restaurants on Adams St. and beyond for specials

Fun Facts about Toledo Pride

>Toledo Pride welcomes over 20,00 people throughout the 3-day festival weekend to celebrate one of Toledo’s largest festivals.

>An anticipated 2,500 will attend the Pride Kick-off on Friday night.

>200+ organizations will gain exposure in the Toledo Pride Parade, which annually sees thousands of spectators.

>Over 100 vendors and organizations set up at the festival, including nonprofit organizations, LGBTQIA+ friendly businesses, and LGBTQIA+ affirming faith-based groups.

>During the festival, sponsors have provided free mammograms, confidential HIV/AIDS tests, and more.
