Be here to see the Parma Panthers and Guelfi Firenze battle it out in the XLII Italian Bowl! These teams are from the Italian Football League, playing American football on American soil. July 1, 2023, the XLII Italian Bowl will be played for the first time outside of Europe at the Glass Bowl Stadium in Toledo Ohio. Join us for this one-of-a-kind international event!

Taste of Italy Restaurant Week
The Taste of Italy Restaurant Week honors and recognizes local restaurants as we lead up to Italian Bowl XLII. All participating restaurant are encouraged to put together a signature drink, entree and dessert. Restaurants do not have to be exclusively Italian cuisine to participate.

Mayor's Cup
Does your mayor have what it takes to be a football star? – We will find out! City of Toledo Mayor Wade Kapsukiewicz, is inviting NW Ohio/Michigan mayors to participate in a skills competition at Central Catholic High School.

Celebrity Golf Tournament
While the football teams practice, celebrities and their foursomes will enjoy a golf tournament at Sylvania Country Club with a delicious lunch, gourmet grazing after play and lively entertainment through the evening. $1,500 for 3-person team plus one celebrity to participate.

Youth Football Camp
A day to remember for boys/girls who want to learn from the pros. A youth camp will be held with players from the teams as well as several ‘celebrity helpers. More details to come!

DAY-OF EVENTS FOLLOWING THE ITALIAN BOWL GAME

Toledo Night Market
Inspired by night markets from around the world, join us at the Toledo Night Market. This open-air market is a festival of lights, food and refreshments, live music and artisan shopping. So come out and stroll the market in the creatively transformed flatlands and enjoy the finale of Italian Bowl week!

Special Note: A Mobile Sensory Bus will provide an inclusive experience for families visiting activities surrounding the Italian Bowl in coordination with The Ability Center. The bus will be located in front of the Rocket in Lot 10 from 1:00 to 6:00 p.m., and will offer a safe and calming space for individuals with sensory processing disorders, such as autism. The bus serves as a peaceful retreat, allowing kids to recharge their energy and regain their focus - to re-engage in the activity or event.

Fireworks in the 419
Italian Bowl will be going out with a BOOM! Don’t miss the City of Toledo’s largest firework display during July 4^th (American Independence Day) Weekend. Find a viewing spot in downtown Toledo along the riverfront and enjoy Fireworks in the 419.
