Mindfulness Meditation

The Foundational Meditation Class of TMI: Feel the presence of your breath and drop into your body with this beginner-friendly meditation class, designed to develop the skills of compassionate self-awareness and self love. Expect gentle low-impact movement followed by a guided meditation. Benefits of meditation: Reduces stress and anxiety, improves focus and concentration, enhances emotional regulation and resilience, supports better sleep and more!
This class can be taken seated or lying down, all props provided.

A practice rooted in remembering ancestral ways of BEing, our connection to the body, our connection to one another, and our innate wholeness and worthiness. This class blends the tools call and response, words of affirmation, music, and joy to sooth the soul and reclaim space. Drop into this beginner friendly flow, and drop into your soul.
