Vigneti Aperti Wine Dinner at Zia’s

You’re invited to Zia’s on May 7 at 6 PM for an intimate evening inspired by Vigneti Aperti, meaning “open vineyards.” This exclusive wine dinner brings together Italian wines, rustic flavors, and chef-driven cuisine for a thoughtfully curated dining experience.

The evening features a four-course menu, each dish expertly paired with Italian wines:

The experience begins with Bruschetta al Caprino, a tomato and goat cheese bruschetta, paired with Riva De La Rosa Gavi. The second course offers Linguine e Capesante—linguine with prosciutto-wrapped scallops and fresh clams in a white wine sauce—accompanied by Riva De La Rosa Frascati.

For the main course, guests will enjoy Braciola di Maiale, a 6oz bone-in pork chop grilled and finished with a cherry balsamic reduction, served alongside vegetables and mashed potatoes, paired with Rivetti Langhe Nebbiolo. The evening concludes with a Peach Trifle layered with sponge cake, peaches, whipped cream, cherries, and pecan crumbles, complemented by Riva De La Rosa Vermentino.

The cost is $59 per person, with tax and gratuity not included. Reservations are required and can be made in advance.
