Celebrate the opening of The Assembly Line with a reception in Downtown Toledo.
From 6–9 PM on Sept 12, guests will enjoy drinks, conversation, and a first look at the exhibition, which connects Toledo’s industrial legacy with the future of art and technology.
The exhibition features works by AA Murakami, Gretchen Andrew, Botto, Charles Csuri, Harold Cohen, Bruce Conner, Steve Dana, Dan Hernandez, David Paul Kay, Yusuf Dubois Abdul Lateef, LoVid, Jennifer and Kevin McCoy, Adam Pendleton, Anne Spalter, Richard Tuttle, and Irene Was.
The Assembly Line is a group exhibition that spans 50 years of artwork, from early computer programs to today’s decentralized AI collectives. Sixteen artists explore how innovation, structure, and material can be transformed into new forms, tracing the mechanics of labor, authorship, and visual culture across generations.
On view through Sept 20, 2025 at the Okun Building, 33 N Huron St, Toledo, OH.
