Prohibition Murder Mystery at the Libbey House

Step back into the Roaring Twenties at the Prohibition Murder Mystery at the Libbey House on Saturday, March 21, at 6:30 PM in Toledo, Ohio. Set inside the historic Libbey House, this immersive evening invites guests to help solve a thrilling “whodunit” inspired by the Prohibition era.

Participants will move from room to room with a team of fellow detectives, gathering clues, reviewing evidence, and uncovering secrets in a real-life mystery experience similar to a game of Clue. The evening’s story, “Sinners at the Speakeasy,” centers on an unsolved historic murder, and guests are invited to help finally crack the case.

The event includes drinks, appetizers, and dessert, along with a full evening of interactive sleuthing. Guests are encouraged to dress in 1920s Prohibition-era attire or modern dress, with a prize awarded for best costume.

Doors open at 6:15 PM, with mingling and refreshments from 6:30–7:30 PM, followed by the mystery investigation and finale. This 21+ event supports the preservation and programming of the Libbey House. Seating is limited, advance tickets are required, and reservations close March 18.
