About the Book
A Grave Deception follows antique dealer and amateur sleuth Kate Hamilton and her husband, Detective Inspector Tom Mallory, as they join an archaeological dig in the United Kingdom. When a perfectly preserved 14th-century body is uncovered, the couple is asked to appraise valuable grave goods. The mystery takes a deadly turn when modern-day murders with eerie similarities occur at the same site. To prevent further deaths, Kate and Tom must unravel a mystery buried for more than 700 years.

Connie Berry is an acclaimed mystery writer known for her atmospheric settings, intricate plots, and engaging protagonists. Raised in a family of antiques dealers, she developed a lifelong love of art, history, and travel. An Ohio native, Berry studied in Germany and at Oxford, where she fell in love with the British Isles. She now lives in Ohio with her husband and their shih tzu, Emmie.
