The Toledo region has several designated refreshment areas in hot spots around town which do not overlap and operate independently. Check them out and enjoy a stroll with your drink in hand!

DORA | Downtown Toledo
The area bounded by Summit, Adams, Lafayette, and Erie streets comprises the Downtown Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA). Cups are able to be used in the DORA between noon and Midnight daily.

ORA | Adams Street
The Adams St. Outdoor Refreshment Area exists along Adams Street between 11^th St. and 21^st St. Cups are able to be used between noon and 10:00 pm daily.

DORA | Sylvania
The Sylvania Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA) launched on May 1, 2019 in a portion of Downtown Sylvania. The Sylvania DORA allows patrons of one of the 6 participating restaurants and bars to carry up to 16 oz. of an open alcoholic beverage in a designated cup. The cup must be taken outside of the establishment and enjoyed in the public right of way (which includes sidewalks and streets) within the DORA boundaries. Cups are able to be used between noon and 10:00pm daily.

DORA | Perrysburg & Levis Commons
The DORA in Perrysburg was created to add to the vibrancy of Downtown Perrysburg, encourage the community and visitors to stroll the area, and shop local businesses, including those in the Towne Center at Levis Commons.
