Opera Outdoors is back for pop-up live performances at outdoor community hubs throughout Toledo. The Opera Outdoors series is presented in partnership with Metroparks Toledo, ProMedica, and Toledo.com.
Toledo Opera’s five 2023-24 Resident Artists — chosen from an international pool of more than 150 applicants for a one-year residency in Toledo — will perform iconic vocal selections from the classical repertoire, along with musical theater and other American standards. Toledo Opera’s 2022-23 Resident Artists are Sara Mortensen (soprano), Imara Miles (mezzo soprano), Jon Suek (Tenor) Evan Fleming (baritone), and Steven Naylor (pianist).

All Opera Outdoors events are free and open to the public. Lawn chairs or picnic blanket recommended. Events may be postponed or cancelled in the event of inclement weather. Please be aware that Central Avenue east of Wildwood is closed for construction. Please approach that park from the west.
