DESCRIPTION:Celebrate friendship and self-care at Galentine’s Night at The Mez in Downtown Toledo on Wednesday\, February 12\, from 6:00–9:00 PM. This intimate evening is designed as a cozy and restorative experience centered on connection\, relaxation\, and creativity. \nThe event features a guided mindfulness and restorative session led by Anabelle Wojtkowiak-Bogedain\, Senior Faculty Member with the Toledo Mindfulness Institute. Mats and instruction are provided\, allowing participants to fully unwind and reset in a peaceful\, supportive setting. Doors open at 5:30 PM\, with the session beginning promptly at 6:00 PM. \nFollowing the mindfulness experience\, guests will enjoy a hands-on craft activity\, creating a personalized embroidered drink koozie\, with all materials supplied. Attendees can also expect light snacks\, refreshing beverages from Local Roots Juice\, and playful photo opportunities. \nComfort-forward attire is encouraged\, making this Galentine’s Night ideal for friends or solo attendees seeking a relaxing Valentine’s-season experience. Space is limited to 30 guests\, and advance tickets are strongly encouraged.
