Participants will prepare a rustic asparagus and goat cheese galette\, light and fluffy lemon ricotta pancakes topped with fruit syrup and optional fresh fruit\, and cream cheese and fruit pastries. The evening also includes refreshing mocktail mimosas. \nIdeal for those looking to expand their brunch repertoire or enjoy a unique night out\, the class offers a mix of cooking techniques\, flavor exploration\, and tasting. No advanced experience is required—just come ready to enjoy and learn. \nThe fee is $65. Please note that some samples and recipes include milk\, eggs\, and/or wheat.
