The Merry-Go-Round Museum is excited to host its second annual “5K Carousel Challenge\,” a one-of-a-kind racing event where participants will complete a full 5K—without taking a single step!\nRiders will hop on the museum’s historic carousel and spin their way to victory in this whimsical endurance event. The challenge? Staying in the saddle for the full 5 kilometers of continuous motion!\n Date: July 26\, 2025\n Start Times: 12 PM\, 1 PM\, 2 PM\, 3 PM\, & 4 PM\n Entry Fee for 5K: $25 per rider\nFor younger riders\, we’re also hosting a special “3K Carousel Cruise” just for kids (ages 6-14)\, with start times at 11:00 AM and 11:30 AM.\n Entry Fee for 3K: $15 per rider (ages 6-14)\n Event registration includes museum admission on the day of the event.\nThis is a fun and unique way to experience the magic of our carousel while also testing your endurance—no running required! Whether you’re a thrill-seeker\, a carousel enthusiast\, or just looking for a great Saturday activity\, this event is sure to be a blast for all ages.\nSpots are limited\, so don’t wait to secure your ride!
