Start your morning with movement, mindfulness, and waterfront views with a relaxing outdoor yoga experience alongside the historic Col. James M. Schoonmaker. Led by experienced instructors from Parting Clouds Yoga, this all-levels class blends gentle poses and mindful breathing, offering a peaceful way to connect with your body while enjoying the beauty of the riverfront.
The class is suitable for all ages and experience levels. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Extra yoga mats will be available if you don’t have one.
